I wrote a 1-star review after a bought my Bronco in December. Then the manager called me and bribed me with services to delete it. I did. But ai am reposting because I never collected on my bribe. One of my main complaints was that they got a Toll road ticket on my trade in vehicle. I asked them to pay it and the manager said it was no big deal.. Then this morning, 2 months later, I get a text from Toll roads saying they have reported this ticket to the DMV. Great. Thanks Mossy.

I have bought 3 vehicles from Mossy and the sales people were always helpful, especially Caleb. But the person who appraises your used vehicle was bad. He said my truck (2005) was only worth $1,000.00 and He told me that is all He would pay me period. So I put a For Sale sign on my used truck and got $3,300.00 from a neighbor. So be careful you get a good far appraisal on your car.

Even though we had to wait 19 months for our Maverick Lariat, we have no complaints about the dealership. We worked closely with Caleb Knaggs and Brent Roehm. They were very professional, patient and courteous while under the stress of the production delays. They explained as best they could why it was taking so long. Caleb was great at making the purchase paperwork as simple as possible. Noriko was also very competent. We would highly recommend them and Mossy Ford.

Ford sent us a letter for recall, it was easy to make an appointment in the morning and the service was done early afternoon. I am happy with this appointment.
Our sales person kept in touch with me and let me know when the vehicle I wanted came in. We were able to negotiate via emails/texts, and there were no surprises when we went to test drive and purchase.
The overall process was the easiest I’ve experienced buying a vehicle. Devin, was extremely helpful in getting the truck I was wanting and ensuring it was ready to go for the appointed time we had set aside to get the deal done! Entire team was friendly and helpful.

I’d like to share that my experience was not good! I bought a 2023 F150 Raptor. Truck was delivered with scratches on the glass and paint. The truck was driven to me to Palm Springs from San Diego, so it had just over 100 miles on it the day I took delivery of it. Two days later the truck started to have issues, it started shaking and the check engine light came with several messages on the information screen. Made purchase 100% remote and mostly via text. Financed with online paperwork. Flew in and picked up vehicle. Shout out to Brenton and Anita for a wonderful experience. Looking at another vehicle and would consider doing biz with them before dealing locally.
Mossy Ford was awesome! I didn’t have any problems arranging financing and driving my Maverick off the lot. Adam and Khalil were great. No complaints from me. I’ve been with them since 2013.
The staff is courteous, and take the time needed to answer any questions I have.

Service team was very upfront on waiting time for car to be serviced, and saved me two weeks of rental fees from my original appt. Contacted me when they were ready to look at it, and held my spot until I could get there the next day. Stood by their word and covered last 3 days of rental because service took longer then they originally said. Great department.

I was skeptical at first, I don’t like to schedule with call centers. I was traveling and made an appointment, arrived 30 minutes early and they got me right in. Shot for a time and finished early. Beyond friendly and helpful. Service writer even got me a ride so I could visit with my son who’s stationed locally. Awesome experience!

During my search for a new vehicle I visited all of the Ford dealerships in San Diego, and Mossy was the best. The people there were friendly and knowledgeable, and they did not pressure me into buying a vehicle right there and then. When I did decide to purchase they helped me get exactly what I wanted. This was my best experience with a dealership.
I had my doubts as I’ve had a very poor experience with a different dealership in the local area. Was met with a very enthusiastic service advisor that gave me a very cut and dry answer to my specific needs. Will definitely come back if I have any other problems.

I am very disappointed in this dealership I have like many trucks and cars since 1989 today I took my 2010 grand Marquis for a check up. They charge $500 for a diagnostic of two things. They checked my check engine light they found a few things that needed to be done which I expected they try to charge me $6500 for parts and labor. I have a Ford Fusion Hybrid and the AC was showing a problem with the fan like it was losing power with the level of speed 1 until 4. I dropped off my car with them on Monday morning at the first time. On Thursday they called me and said my car was ready to pickup. They said the modem of the AC required an update what I had approved. I picked up the car and after two hours driving the same problem showed up. Mossy Ford took us on short notice on a Monday am for LOF and checking a fuel problem, linked to bad diesel fuel and loss of power, similar in a diesel with DEF when you run low on DEF.........they did the work in about 2 hours and we were back on the road....very clean establishment, clean waiting facility including coffee bar espresso computerized gizmo!!!
I have had nothing but excellent service at Mossy Ford for the past year and a half with my F250. I had one diesel injector fail shortly after I bought the truck and they repaired it as quickly as FEDEX could get the part to them. I live quite aways from the dealership and so have to wait on service. They have always provided me an appointment and usually I'm on my way again within an hour and a half or two hours.
All of the service department employees at Mossy Ford exceed expectations. Trish, Mike, Andrew, and Kameron are excellent.
At first I was being batted between Parts and Service and ended up in Parts. This was for a 3G to 4G upgrade. Finally on my most recent call I was fortunate enough to talk to Frank in Service. He told me to bring the car in, which I did. He did all the paperwork and said that the part was on back order and being re-engineered. I was now officially in the queue for the upgrade. I don't think that I was in any queue prior to Frank taking care of it. I appreciate his professional service.
Great experience finally receiving my special ordered Bronco yesterday. Adam was very helpful with the financing to get the payment where I needed it to be.
So much less than what it was five years ago. The turnover of employees should be a clue. The service now demands days for diagnosis. They will not honor any rental coverage until the diagnosis is complete leaving you with days of no solution and no transportation. They no longer wash your vehicle after repairs, they no longer offer shuttle or covered Lyft rides. The professionalism and even language ability of initial service phone representatives is minimal.
